What the B2cor CRM Zapier integration actually does
B2cor CRM is a CRM built for health insurance brokers. On Zapier it offers a single action, Create Lead, and nothing that starts an automation. So the integration works in one direction only: something happens in another app, and a lead appears in B2cor CRM without anyone retyping it.
Three typical results, all built on that one action. First, a contact form on your site turns into a fresh lead, with the visitor's name, phone number and message filed under details. Second, a lead from an ad platform or a quote simulator reaches the CRM the moment the other tool reports it, so a broker can call back while the prospect still remembers asking. Third, a row added to a shared spreadsheet by a partner becomes a lead too, which saves the weekly copy-paste session.
Now the honest part. Zapier cannot read anything out of B2cor CRM. There is no trigger, so a lead created or updated inside the CRM never starts a Zap. There is no search either, so a Zap cannot check whether a person already exists before creating them. If the same prospect fills your form twice, you get two leads. Updating a lead, changing its status or deleting it is also out of reach from Zapier.
That shapes the decision. If your need is “push leads in”, this page covers it. If you also need the reverse flow, look at the B2cor CRM Make integration and compare what each platform exposes before you commit. Our Zapier review is the place to weigh the tool as a whole.
Zapier words you will meet on this page
Seven terms, one line each. Once you have them, the rest of the page reads fast.
- Zap
- The automation you build on Zapier: one trigger, then one or more actions that run every time that event happens.
- Trigger
- The event in an app that starts the Zap. Once the Zap is on, Zapier waits for it. B2cor CRM has none, so another app plays this role.
- Action
- What the Zap does once started: the step that writes, sends or moves something. Here, Create Lead is the action.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills. One task equals one action your Zap completes successfully, and your plan counts those.
- Polling vs instant
- A polling trigger is checked on a timer for new items. An instant trigger is reported by the app the moment the event happens.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap continue only when the incoming data meets your condition, and stops it otherwise.
- Connection
- Your B2cor CRM account linked to Zapier once, then reused by every step that writes to it.
What a B2cor CRM Zap costs you
B2cor CRM is not a premium app, so it works on the free plan. Each lead created successfully counts as one task. The trigger on the other side never costs anything, and a failed attempt is not billed.
- Billed1 task per lead created
- Free plan100 tasks a month, two-step Zaps only
- Premium appNo
The free plan gives 100 tasks a month and checks polling triggers every 15 minutes. The catch nobody mentions: it only builds two-step Zaps. A form trigger plus Create Lead fits. Add a filter to skip test submissions, and the Zap becomes multi-step, which needs a paid plan. Checking for new responses costs nothing, however often Zapier looks. On paid plans, every extra action you bolt on (a team alert, a spreadsheet log) counts as its own task for each lead.
Connect B2cor CRM to Zapier in three steps
- 01
Open your connections
In your Zapier account, go to the Apps page and click + Add connection. Type B2cor CRM in the search box of the dialog and select it from the results.
- 02
Sign in to B2cor CRM
Click Add connection. A new tab opens on B2cor CRM: log in with an existing account. Zapier cannot create one for you, so the account has to exist before you start.
- 03
Grant access
Allow Zapier to act on the account. If the leads should land somewhere you do not own yourself, make sure your user has write access there before you build the Zap.
Your first Zap: website form to B2cor CRM lead
GoalEvery real form submission becomes a lead in B2cor CRM, and test entries are dropped on the way.
- 01
Pick the starting app
Create a Zap and choose your form builder, then its new-entry event. B2cor CRM cannot start a Zap, so this first step always belongs to another tool.
- 02
Test the trigger
Run the test. Zapier pulls the three most recent responses from the connected account, so you can pick a real one and map from actual data instead of guessing field names.
- 03
Add the filter
Click the plus icon, choose Filter, and set it to continue only when the phone field exists. This step makes the Zap multi-step, so it needs a paid plan.
- 04
Add Create Lead
Add B2cor CRM as the action app and pick Create Lead. Map the respondent's full name to Name, the phone to Phone Number, and the message plus the form name to Details.
- 05
Test, then publish
Test the action once and read what came back before going further. Then click Publish to switch the Zap on, and new entries start flowing into the CRM.

When the B2cor CRM Zap breaks
Zapier links no help article to B2cor CRM, so the failures below are the general ones that hit any Zap of this shape.
Most problems show up in the first days after publishing, or after a bulk event upstream. Read these before blaming the CRM. When a case resists, our Zapier troubleshooting page is where to start.
Old leads never show up
A Zap only reacts to what happens after you switch it on. Responses collected before that stay in the form tool, and moving that backlog is a separate job.A required field arrives empty
Name, Phone Number and Details are all mandatory. When the source leaves one blank, that run of Create Lead does not go through and no lead is created for that response.A bulk import gets held back
If the source suddenly returns a huge batch, after an import or a migration, Zapier's flood protection can pause the trigger instead of creating everything at once.Duplicates pile up
Zapier remembers what a polling trigger has already seen, so one response never fires twice. But the same person submitting twice is two responses, and B2cor CRM gets two leads.
