Bleez Zapier integrationAutomate Bleez with Zapier.
The Bleez Zapier integration gives you 7 actions and no trigger: Zapier can write invoices, payments and entries into Bleez, but something else has to start the Zap. Here is what each action does, what it costs, and where it trips.

What the Bleez Zapier integration actually does
Bleez is French accounting and invoicing software. Hooked to Zapier, it becomes a destination: another app reports an event, and Zapier writes the matching invoice, payment or ledger line into Bleez. It never works the other way round, because Bleez exposes no event Zapier can listen to.
Three results people build first. An invoice raised the moment a sale closes, through Create a Invoice or its shipping-cost twin. A ledger kept in step with your bank or payment tool, through Create an Accounting Entry and Create Payment. Receipts filed without anyone opening Bleez, through Submit Accounting Document, which takes a PDF and sends it in as a document to process.
What Zapier does not do here matters just as much. There is no trigger, so Bleez cannot start anything: no Zap fires when an invoice is paid or a client is added. There is no search step either, so a Zap cannot look up an existing Bleez client before writing. Two read actions, Get Invoices and Get Cleared Accounts, pull data out, but only when another trigger has already started the Zap.
If you are weighing tools, the Bleez Make integration covers the same app from the Make side, and the Make vs Zapier comparison sits next to it.
Zapier vocabulary in one minute
Eight words come back on every line of this page. Here is each one in plain English.
- Zap
- The automation you build on Zapier: one trigger, then one or more actions that run each time that trigger event happens.
- Trigger
- The event in an app that starts the Zap. Bleez has none, so the trigger always comes from another tool you use.
- Action
- What the Zap does once started: the step that writes, sends or moves something for you, here inside Bleez.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills. One task is one action the Zap completes successfully; your plan counts those and nothing else.
- Polling vs instant
- A polling trigger is checked by Zapier on a timer. An instant trigger is reported by the app itself, the moment the event occurs.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap continue only when what arrived meets your condition, and stops it there otherwise.
- Search step
- A step that looks up something already stored in an app so later steps can reuse it. Bleez offers no search step.
- Connection
- Your Bleez account linked to Zapier once, then reused by every step of every Zap that writes into Bleez.
What a Bleez Zap really costs
Zapier bills completed actions, not attempts and not checks. That makes the arithmetic short.
- Free plan100 tasks a month, unlimited Zaps, one trigger plus one action per Zap
- Bleez on the free planYes, Bleez is not a premium app
- What countsEach successful action; triggers and failed actions cost nothing
The trigger never costs a task, and neither does Zapier checking for new data. Each Bleez action that works costs one task, so a Zap that creates an invoice and then submits its PDF costs two. An action that fails is not billed. Bleez is not a premium app, so it runs on the free plan, which gives 100 tasks a month and Zaps of two steps only. Add a filter or a second action and the Zap becomes multi-step, which needs a paid plan.
Connect Bleez to Zapier in three steps
- 01
Open Apps and add a connection
In your Zapier account, go to the Apps page and click + Add connection. A dialog opens with a search box. Type Bleez in that box and pick it from the results.
- 02
Sign in to Bleez
Click Add connection. A new tab opens on Bleez: sign in with the account that owns the books you want the Zap to write into, or one with write access to them.
- 03
Grant access and come back
Approve the access Zapier asks for. From then on, every Zap step that uses Bleez can reuse this connection, and you do not sign in again for each new Zap.
Your first Zap: a won deal becomes a Bleez invoice
GoalEach time a deal is marked won in your CRM and carries a SIRET number, Zapier creates the invoice in Bleez.
- 01
Pick the starting event
Under Build, choose your CRM and its deal-won event as the trigger. Bleez cannot play that role: it has no trigger of its own.
- 02
Test the trigger
Run the Test. Zapier brings back the three most recent deals of the connected account. Pick one that is real and complete, since the mapping is built on it.
- 03
Hold back deals without a SIRET
Add a Filter from the plus icon: the SIRET field, the rule that it exists, nothing to compare. This step makes the Zap multi-step, so a paid plan.
- 04
Add Create a Invoice
Pick Bleez, then Create a Invoice. Map the client name, billing address, product, quantity and price from the deal, and decide on Send by email, which is mandatory.
- 05
Test, then publish
Test the Bleez step and open the invoice it created in Bleez to check every line. Then hit Publish: the Zap is on and reacts to the next won deal.
The 7 Bleez actions, grouped by what they do
Bleez gives you 7 actions. For each one: what it does for you, when to reach for it, and what to watch out for.

When a Bleez Zap breaks
Bleez itself publishes no limit through Zapier. What trips these Zaps comes from how Zapier works.
Four situations account for the surprises. None of them shows an error at build time; each one shows up after the Zap is live. When a run fails anyway, the Zapier troubleshooting page is the place to start.
Old invoices never arrive
A Zap only reacts to events after you publish it. Deals closed last quarter will not become Bleez invoices; moving that backlog is a separate job.A bulk import holds the Zap back
If the trigger app suddenly returns a huge batch, after a migration for example, Zapier's flood protection can pause the runs instead of writing hundreds of invoices. The same sale invoiced twice
On a polling trigger Zapier remembers what it has already seen, so one item never starts the Zap twice, and a sale is not invoiced twice because of a second check.A Zap that feeds itself
If the trigger watches the very place the Zap writes to, every run sets off the next one and burns through the monthly task count fast.
