What the Landrr Zapier integration does
Landrr helps business owners run their marketing campaigns with chatbots and AI. The Zapier integration carries two of its events outside the app: a campaign that has just been created, and a lead that a campaign has just captured. Zapier then runs the steps you chose in your other tools.
Leads that land in the CRM. New Lead creates a contact for each new lead of your campaigns, so you follow up from the tool you already use.
A campaign log for the team. New Campaign adds a row to a shared sheet whenever someone launches a campaign, and the campaign calendar stays current without anyone typing it.
A fast reply to hot leads. The same New Lead trigger posts a message in your team chat, so the person gets an answer while the chat is still fresh.
What Zapier does not do here: Landrr exposes no action and no search on Zapier. A Zap cannot start a campaign, change a chatbot or look up a lead inside Landrr. Data flows one way only, out of the app. Each Zap therefore starts in Landrr and ends in another tool.

Zapier vocabulary in one minute
Eight words carry this page. Here is each one in plain terms.
- Zap
- The automation you build on Zapier: one trigger, then one or more actions that run every time that trigger event happens.
- Trigger
- The event in an app that starts the Zap. With Landrr, a new campaign or a new lead; once the Zap is on, Zapier waits for it.
- Action
- What the Zap does once it has started: the step that writes, sends or moves something for you, here always in another app.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills. One task is one action your Zap completes successfully, and the number on your plan counts those.
- Polling trigger
- A trigger Zapier checks on a timer: it asks the app for new items at a fixed interval and keeps only what it has not seen.
- Instant trigger
- A trigger the app reports itself: it calls Zapier the moment the event happens. Both Landrr triggers work this way.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap go on only when what arrived meets the condition you set, and stops it right there otherwise.
- Multi-step Zap
- Any Zap beyond one trigger and one action. A second action or a filter turns a Zap into one, and it then needs a paid plan.
What a Landrr Zap costs in tasks
Neither Landrr trigger ever costs a task. Waiting for campaigns and leads is free too. You only pay for the actions that follow, one task per action that succeeds.
- Trigger cost0 tasks
- Free plan100 tasks a month
- Steps per Zap on Free2 (trigger + 1 action)
- Premium appNo
A failed action is not counted. A Zap with three actions uses three times more tasks than a Zap with one. The free plan gives 100 tasks a month and unlimited Zaps, but each Zap stops at two steps: one Landrr trigger plus one action. A filter or a second action needs a paid plan. Landrr is not a premium app, so the free plan covers it. And since both triggers are instant, the polling grid below never slows them down.
Connect your Landrr account
- 01
Open your connections
In Zapier, open the Apps page of your account and click + Add connection. You need a Landrr account, plus access to the campaigns you want to follow if someone else owns them.
- 02
Pick Landrr
Type Landrr into the search box of the dialog, select it in the results, then click Add connection. A new browser tab opens on the Landrr side to sign you in.
- 03
Sign in and grant access
Log in to Landrr in that tab and allow Zapier to reach the account. The connection is stored once, and every Zap that uses Landrr picks it up without asking you to sign in again.
Your first Zap: chatbot lead to CRM and team chat
GoalEach lead captured by a Landrr campaign becomes a CRM contact and pings your team chat.
- 01
Choose the trigger
Create a Zap, pick Landrr as the app that starts it and New Lead as the event. Then select the connection you made above.
- 02
Test it on real leads
Run the trigger test. Zapier brings back the three most recent leads of the account, so the mapping is done on a real one. If none comes back, run a test chat on one of your campaigns first.
- 03
Add the CRM contact
Add your CRM's action that creates a contact, then map the lead's fields into it. Every contact created successfully counts as one task.
- 04
Add the team alert
Add a second action that posts in your team chat. That makes it a multi-step Zap, which needs a paid plan; on the free plan, pick either the contact or the alert, not both.
- 05
Test, then publish
Test each step once and read what came back. When the contact and the message look right, click Publish. The lightning bolt in the editor confirms the trigger is instant.
The two Landrr Zapier integration triggers
2 events start a Zap when something happens in Landrr, and 2 of them are instant: the app calls Zapier straight away, whatever your plan.
New Campaign
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a new campaign is created.”
Each time someone sets up a fresh campaign in Landrr, this trigger passes it to Zapier and starts your Zap. It tracks the launch of the campaign itself, not the people it reaches.
New Lead
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when there's a new lead.”
This one follows people, not campaigns. Each time a new lead appears in Landrr, it reaches Zapier straight away, ready to be copied into your CRM or list.
When a Landrr Zap breaks
Zapier links no help article to Landrr, and no limit specific to the app is documented. What breaks is Zapier's general behavior, and each case can be planned for.
None of these cases shows an error at setup. They appear later, as a missing lead or a task count that climbs too fast. If one hits you, see our Zapier troubleshooting page.
Old campaigns and leads never arrive
A Zap only reacts to what happens after it is switched on. Campaigns and leads already stored in Landrr stay there, and moving them is a separate job.A bulk import gets held back
When a huge batch of leads shows up at once, after an import or a migration, Zapier's flood protection can hold it back instead of running every item. The extra step stays locked on Free
A filter or a second action turns the Zap into a multi-step Zap. The free plan stops at two steps, so that Zap needs a paid plan.A filter that never passes
Filter rules are typed: a text rule only works on text, a number rule only on numbers. Picking the wrong type is the usual reason a filter blocks every lead.
