What the leezy Zapier integration is for
leezy runs AI chatbots on your site that capture leads, take in support requests and keep track of customer conversations. Zapier links apps together: an event in one sets off work in another. With leezy, three events can do that: a new lead, a meeting booked, and a new ticket.
Each of those events gives a different result. With New Lead, a contact lands in your CRM the moment the chatbot collects it, so sales can follow up while the visitor still remembers the chat. With Meeting Scheduled, the booking becomes a heads-up for whoever runs the call, for example a message in team chat. With New Ticket, a support request turns into an item on the support team's list instead of sitting in the chatbot inbox.
What Zapier does not do for leezy matters just as much. There is no action, so a Zap cannot write into leezy: it cannot create a lead, close a ticket or move a meeting there. There is no search either, so a Zap cannot look up an older conversation. The integration only listens, then works in your other apps. And it starts from the day you publish the Zap: earlier leads and tickets are not sent.

The Zapier basics behind every leezy Zap
Seven words cover the rest of this page. Each is defined once here, then used as is.
- Zap
- The automation you set up in Zapier: one trigger, then one or more actions that run each time the trigger event happens.
- Trigger
- The event that starts a Zap. Once the Zap is on, Zapier waits for it. leezy offers three: a lead, a meeting, a ticket.
- Action
- What the Zap does after it starts: the step that writes, sends or moves something for you in another app.
- Task
- What Zapier bills you for: one action your Zap completes successfully. Your plan's allowance is counted in tasks.
- Instant vs polling
- An instant trigger is reported by the app the moment it happens. A polling one is checked by Zapier on a timer.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap continue only when what came in meets a condition you set, and stops it otherwise.
- Multi-step Zap
- Any Zap beyond one trigger and one action. A filter or a second action makes it one, and it then needs a paid plan.
What a leezy Zap costs you
leezy is not a premium app, so it works on the free plan. Its three triggers are instant, so the check intervals that apply to polling apps never slow them down.
- TriggersFree, never counted
- Each successful action1 task
- Free plan100 tasks a month, two-step Zaps
- Speed of leezy triggersInstant on every plan
A trigger never costs a task, so leads, meetings and tickets coming in are free in themselves. You pay for what follows: each action that succeeds counts once, and a failed action is not counted. One lead sent to one app means one task. The free plan gives you 100 tasks a month and Zaps of exactly two steps. Add a filter, for example to keep only some tickets, or a second action, and the Zap becomes multi-step and needs a paid plan. The interval grid below does not apply to leezy, since all its triggers are instant.
Connect leezy to Zapier in three steps
- 01
Go to Apps
In Zapier, open Apps and click + Add connection. A connection is your leezy account linked to Zapier once, then reused by every Zap that starts from leezy.
- 02
Pick leezy
Search for leezy in the dialog, select it and click Add connection. A new tab opens on the leezy side, where you sign in to the account you want Zapier to listen to.
- 03
Sign in and allow access
Log in to leezy and grant Zapier access. You need your own leezy account, plus access to any leads, meetings or tickets you do not own yourself but want the Zap to see.
Your first Zap: every new leezy lead in your CRM
GoalEach time the leezy chatbot captures a lead, create a contact in your CRM so sales can follow up without copying anything.
- 01
Set the trigger
Create a Zap, pick leezy as the app that starts it and New Lead as the event, then choose the leezy connection you just made.
- 02
Test on a real lead
Run the trigger test. Zapier pulls the three most recent leads from the account, so you can build the next step on one that actually exists.
- 03
Add the CRM action
Add the action in your CRM and map the lead details from the test into the contact fields. Two steps in total keeps the Zap on the free plan.
- 04
Test the action
Run the action test and open your CRM: the contact should be there. If something landed in the wrong field, fix the mapping and test again.
- 05
Publish
Click Publish to switch the Zap on. From then on, each lead the chatbot captures goes to your CRM straight away, with no one copying it.
The three leezy triggers
3 events start a Zap when something happens in leezy, and 3 of them are instant: the app calls Zapier straight away, whatever your plan.
New Lead
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a new lead is captured.”
Fires each time the leezy chatbot captures a new lead, and hands that lead's details to the following steps. This is the one that turns a website chat into a contact somewhere your team actually works.
Meeting Scheduled
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a meeting is booked.”
Kicks off a Zap as soon as someone books a meeting through leezy, and passes the booking on to the next step. It is the event to watch when a booked call needs some preparation on your side.
New Ticket
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a support ticket is created.”
Runs your Zap whenever a support ticket is opened in leezy, typically from a request the chatbot took in. It moves support work out of the chatbot and onto the list your support team already reads.
When a leezy Zap breaks
Zapier links no help article and no rate limit specific to leezy. The problems you are likely to meet come from how Zapier works for every app.
Four cases cover most surprises. When a Zap still misbehaves after that, the Zapier troubleshooting guide is the next page to open.
Past leads are missing
A Zap only reacts to what happens once it is switched on. Leads, meetings and tickets from before stay in leezy, and moving them is a separate job.A Zap that keeps firing
If a Zap writes into the very place its own trigger watches, it sets itself off again and again and uses up your tasks quickly.A sudden flood held back
When a huge batch arrives at once, after an import or a migration, Zapier's flood protection can hold it back instead of running it.The free plan stops at two steps
A filter on tickets or a second action makes the Zap multi-step. On the free plan, Zapier will not let you publish it as is.
