Overview

What the LetHub Zapier integration does for your rentals

LetHub is an AI tool that takes over the daily leasing chores of property managers: inquiries, tours, follow-ups. Connected to Zapier, every new lead and every showing becomes the start of an automation that copies it into the tools your team already uses.

Three results people set up first. A single list of everyone who asked about a vacant unit: New Interested Lead fires once an inquiry has been processed into a lead, and the next step adds it to your spreadsheet or your main CRM. A shared view of tours: New Showing Scheduled and Self-Showing Created report each booking, guided or self-guided, so every tour shows up in the calendar or chat your team already reads. A closed loop after each visit: Showing Completed and Showing Canceled tell the team which tours happened and which slots freed up.

The best part for a free plan: all five triggers are instant. LetHub tells Zapier the moment something happens, so the plan's checking interval never comes into play.

What the integration does not do. LetHub has no action and no search on Zapier: no Zap can create a lead, book a showing or look anything up inside LetHub. Everything flows out of LetHub, never back in. To compare platforms on the same need, see n8n vs Zapier and Make vs Zapier.

Vocabulary

Zapier vocabulary in one minute

Seven words carry this page. Here they are in plain terms.

Zap
The automation you build on Zapier: one trigger, then one or more actions that run each time the trigger event happens.
Trigger
The event in an app that starts the Zap, such as a new lead in LetHub. Once the Zap is on, Zapier waits for it.
Action
What the Zap does after it starts: the step that writes, sends or moves something in another tool for you.
Task
The unit Zapier bills: one action your Zap completed successfully. The quota of your plan counts those.
Polling vs instant
A polling trigger is checked on a timer. An instant trigger is reported by the app itself the moment it happens, with no wait.
Filter
A step that lets the Zap go on only when what arrived meets the condition you set, and stops it otherwise.
Multi-step Zap
Any Zap beyond one trigger and one action. A filter or a second action makes one, and it then needs a paid plan.
Cost

What a LetHub Zap really costs

LetHub is not a premium app, so it works from the free plan. Zapier bills what the Zap does, never what starts it.

  • Premium appNo, works on the free plan
  • Tasks on the free plan100 per month
  • Instant triggers5 out of 5
  • Steps allowed on the free plan2 (one trigger, one action)

The LetHub trigger costs nothing. Each action that succeeds in the other tool counts as one task, and an action that fails is not counted. The free plan gives 100 tasks a month and Zaps of two steps: a LetHub trigger plus one action fits exactly. Add a filter or a second action and the Zap becomes multi-step, which needs a paid plan. Since all five triggers are instant, the interval grid below never slows these Zaps down.

Connect

Connect your LetHub account to Zapier

  1. 01

    Open the Apps page

In your Zapier account, go to Apps and click + Add connection. You need a LetHub account, plus access to the properties and leads you do not own if the Zap should report on them.

  2. 02

    Pick LetHub

Type LetHub in the search box of the dialog, select it, then click Add connection. A new browser tab opens on the LetHub side, where the rest of the link happens.

  3. 03

    Sign in and grant access

Log in to LetHub in that tab and let Zapier reach the account. The connection then shows up in your list, and every LetHub Zap you build later reuses it.

First Zap

Your first Zap: interested leads logged in a spreadsheet

GoalEach time LetHub turns an inquiry into an interested lead, add it to a spreadsheet, but only for the leads that match a value you choose.

  1. 01

    Build: pick the trigger

Create a Zap, choose LetHub as the app and New Interested Lead as the event, then select your LetHub connection. No other setting is required.

  2. 02

    Test the trigger

Run the test. Zapier brings back the three most recent leads of the account, so you pick a real one and map the next steps on actual data.

  3. 03

    Add the filter

Click the plus icon, add Filter, then set the field to look at, the rule and the value. A text rule only works on text, so match the rule to the field.

  4. 04

    Add the spreadsheet row

Add the action in your spreadsheet tool and map the lead fields to its columns. Test the step and open the sheet to check that the row arrived.

  5. 05

    Publish

Click Publish to switch the Zap on. The filter makes it a multi-step Zap, so it needs a paid plan. Without the filter, the same Zap fits the free plan.

Triggers

The 5 LetHub triggers

5 events start a Zap when something happens in LetHub, and 5 of them are instant: the app calls Zapier straight away, whatever your plan.

1

New Interested Lead

Instant trigger

In Zapier“Triggers when you receive an inquiry for a rental property and it is processed into an interested lead on LetHub.”

Starts the Zap once an inquiry about one of your rentals has been processed by LetHub into an interested lead, and passes that lead on.

How it fires
the app tells Zapier the moment it happens, so the Zap starts right away, whatever your plan
When to use it
every new prospect should appear in the CRM or the sheet your leasing team works from, without retyping.
Watch out
it fires on the processed lead, not on the raw inquiry, so inquiries LetHub does not turn into leads never reach the Zap.
2

Showing Completed

Instant trigger

In Zapier“Triggers when a showing is completed.”

Fires when a showing is marked as done, which is the natural moment to plan what comes after the visit.

How it fires
the app tells Zapier the moment it happens, so the Zap starts right away, whatever your plan
When to use it
a finished tour should create a follow-up task or a line in your report of visits.
Watch out
only showings completed after the Zap is on come through; earlier visits stay in LetHub.
3

New Showing Scheduled

Instant trigger

In Zapier“Triggers when a lead schedules a tour for one of your vacant rental properties.”

Reacts when a lead books a tour of one of your vacant rentals, and hands the booking to the next step.

How it fires
the app tells Zapier the moment it happens, so the Zap starts right away, whatever your plan
When to use it
you want each tour in your calendar or team chat as soon as it is booked.
Watch out
self-guided visits have their own trigger, Self-Showing Created, so this one alone will not cover them.
4

Self-Showing Created

Instant trigger

In Zapier“Triggers when a self-showing is scheduled for one of your vacant rental properties.”

Goes off when a self-showing is booked for one of your vacant properties, the kind of visit nobody from your team attends.

How it fires
the app tells Zapier the moment it happens, so the Zap starts right away, whatever your plan
When to use it
you want self-guided visits listed next to your other tours the moment one is booked.
Watch out
regular tours do not trigger it; pair it with New Showing Scheduled if you want both kinds in one place.
5

Showing Canceled

Instant trigger

In Zapier“Triggers when an existing showing is canceled.”

Kicks off when an existing showing is canceled, so the slot and the people expecting it can be updated.

How it fires
the app tells Zapier the moment it happens, so the Zap starts right away, whatever your plan
When to use it
a canceled tour should reach your team chat or task list so the slot can be offered again.
Watch out
it only reports the cancellation; whatever an earlier Zap created elsewhere stays there until someone removes it.
When it breaks

When a LetHub Zap breaks

Zapier links no help article to LetHub, so what follows are the general limits that hit any LetHub Zap.

None of them throws an error the day you build. They show up later, as a lead missing from the sheet or a Zap that stopped on the free plan. If you get stuck, open our Zapier troubleshooting page.

  • Existing leads never come through

A Zap only reacts to what happens after you switch it on. Leads and showings already in LetHub stay there; moving that backlog is a separate job.
  • A sudden batch can be held back

If a trigger suddenly returns a huge batch, after a bulk import or a migration, Zapier's flood protection can hold it back instead of running every item.
  • A filter needs a paid plan

The free plan builds Zaps of one trigger and one action. Add a filter on the lead or a second action and the Zap needs a paid plan to run.
  • Two Zaps can feed each other

A Zap that writes where another Zap's trigger watches can set off a chain that repeats and burns through the task count fast.

FAQ

LetHub Zapier integration: frequent questions

01Is the LetHub Zapier integration free?
Yes, as long as the Zap stays at two steps. LetHub is not a premium app, so the free plan accepts it, with 100 tasks a month and Zaps made of one trigger and one action. A new interested lead copied into a spreadsheet fits that limit. Add a filter to keep only some leads, or a second action, and the Zap becomes multi-step, which needs a paid plan. LetHub's own subscription is a separate matter.
02How many tasks does a LetHub Zap use?
One task for each action that completes in the other tool, and nothing for the LetHub trigger. A Zap that adds every new lead to a sheet uses one task per lead. If the action fails, it is not counted. A Zap with two actions after the trigger counts each successful action on its own, so the same lead would cost two tasks. A lead stopped by a filter costs no action at all.
03Is LetHub real time on Zapier?
Yes. All five LetHub triggers are instant: LetHub tells Zapier the moment a lead is created or a showing is booked, completed or canceled, and the Zap starts right away. The checking interval of your plan, 15 minutes on the free one, does not apply. That matters for tours, where a delay could leave someone uninformed. The editor marks these triggers with a lightning bolt. No setting can make it faster or slower.
04What does it take to connect LetHub to Zapier?
A LetHub account and access to the leads and properties the Zap will report on. Open Apps in Zapier, click + Add connection, search for LetHub, click Add connection, then sign in and grant access in the tab that opens. None of the five triggers asks for a required setting, so once the connection works you can test straight away and pick one of the three most recent items. Check that the connected login sees every property you manage.
05Why are some LetHub inquiries missing from the Zap?
Because New Interested Lead fires on the lead LetHub creates after processing an inquiry, not on every raw inquiry. An inquiry that LetHub does not turn into an interested lead never starts the Zap. Inquiries and leads from before the Zap was switched on are not picked up either, since a Zap never looks back. If the history matters, export it separately from LetHub. Test with a fresh inquiry to see the full path.
06What if the LetHub operation you need is not there?
Then Zapier cannot do it for LetHub today. The integration offers five triggers and nothing else: no action can create a lead or book a showing, and no search can look up a lead. Anything that has to change inside LetHub is done in LetHub. What Zapier can do is carry those five events out to other tools, where their own actions take over. Check that other app's operations if the gap is on its side.
07Zapier, Make or n8n for LetHub?
It depends on your criteria, not on a ranking. On Zapier, LetHub offers five instant triggers that work from the free plan. If you need to write back into LetHub, no Zapier operation does it, so compare what each platform lists for this app before choosing. Hosting, the cost of each run and how much control you want over the flow are the other criteria. Try your own flow before you commit to one.
