Memoket Zapier integrationAutomate Memoket with Zapier.
The Memoket Zapier integration gives you 1 trigger, 0 actions and 0 searches. That one trigger is instant: it fires once a recorded conversation has its summary. Everything after it happens in other apps. Here is what it costs, how to connect it, and where it trips.
Beta app Zapier still marks this integration as beta.

What the Memoket Zapier integration does
The Memoket Zapier integration lets a finished Memoket summary start a Zap, the automation you build on Zapier. Memoket is a wearable AI device that records conversations and turns them into summaries, tasks and follow-ups. On Zapier it does one thing: it tells your other tools when a new summary is ready.
Three results you can build on that single trigger, Summary Completed. A written trace of every conversation in the place you keep notes: the next step creates a note from what Memoket sends. A heads-up for whoever needs to act: a chat or email step passes the summary on. And an archive row per conversation: a spreadsheet step logs each one, so nothing lives only on the device.
Picture someone who records their meetings with Memoket. Once a summary is done, it lands in their notes app, ready to reread before the next meeting (no more scrolling through the Memoket app to find an older talk).
What Zapier does not do here. Memoket has no action, so no Zap can write into Memoket, start a recording or edit a summary. It has no search step either, so a Zap cannot fetch an older conversation. And the integration is marked as beta on Zapier, so treat it as a young connector and test it on real conversations.

Zapier words, in one minute
A few Zapier terms show up all over this page. One plain line each, then they are used as is.
- Zap
- The automation itself: one trigger, then one or more actions that run every time the trigger event happens.
- Trigger
- The event in an app that starts the Zap. Once the Zap is on, Zapier waits for it: here, a Memoket summary being completed.
- Action
- What the Zap does once started: the step that writes, sends or moves something for you. With Memoket, actions live in other apps.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills: one action that completes successfully. Your plan's count is a count of those.
- Polling vs instant
- A polling trigger is checked on a timer set by your plan. An instant trigger, like Memoket's, is reported by the app the moment the event happens.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap go on only when what arrived meets your condition, and stops it otherwise.
- Multi-step Zap
- Any Zap beyond one trigger and one action. A second action or a filter makes one, and it then needs a paid plan.
What a Memoket Zap costs
Memoket is not a premium app, so it works on Zapier's free plan. Its trigger never costs a task, and waiting for new summaries costs nothing either.
- Free plan100 tasks a month, unlimited Zaps of two steps each
- Premium appNo, Memoket runs on the free plan
- Memoket's triggerFree, and instant on every plan
- Second action or filterMakes the Zap multi-step, paid plan needed
What you pay for is the work done after it: each action in another app that succeeds counts as one task, and one that fails is not counted. On the free plan a Zap holds one trigger and one action, so sending a summary both to notes and to a chat makes it multi-step and paid. The interval grid below is Zapier's polling schedule; it does not apply to Memoket's trigger, which is instant. The trigger stays free whatever you add after it.
Connect your Memoket account
- 01
Open the Apps page
In your Zapier account, go to Apps and click + Add connection. A connection is your Memoket account linked once, then reused by every Zap that starts on Memoket.
- 02
Pick Memoket
Search Memoket in the dialog, pick it, then click Add connection. You need a Memoket account first, plus read or write access on anything you do not own yourself and want the Zap to touch.
- 03
Sign in and allow access
A tab opens on Memoket. Sign in and grant Zapier access to the account. From then on, the Summary Completed trigger can use that connection in any Zap.
Your first Memoket Zap
GoalEach completed Memoket summary is filed as a note, and only the conversations that match your rule reach the team chat.
- 01
Create the Zap
Start a new Zap in the editor. It will hold four steps: the Memoket trigger, a note, a filter and a chat message. That makes it multi-step, so it needs a paid plan.
- 02
Set the Memoket trigger
Choose Memoket, then Summary Completed, and pick your connection. The trigger has no required field: once the Zap is on, it waits for the next finished summary.
- 03
Test the trigger
Run the test. Zapier brings back the three most recent items of the connected account, so map the next steps on a real conversation and read which fields come with it.
- 04
Add the note
Add your notes app's action and map the summary into it. Test this step and check the note it created before going further.
- 05
Add the filter and the chat
Add a Filter step: the field to look at, the rule, the value to compare with. Then add your chat app's action, test it and publish the Zap.
The Memoket trigger
1 event starts a Zap when something happens in Memoket, and one of them is instant: the app calls Zapier straight away, whatever your plan.
Summary Completed
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a new conversation is recorded and summary is completed in Memoket.”
Starts your Zap when Memoket has recorded a new conversation and finished its summary, so the result can move on to your notes, your inbox or your team without you copying it out of the app.
When a Memoket Zap breaks
Zapier ties no help article to Memoket and lists no limit of its own. What goes wrong is what goes wrong on any Zap, applied to your conversations.
Three cases to know before you rely on the Zap. If a run fails and the cause is not clear, see our Zapier troubleshooting guide.
Earlier conversations are left out
A Zap only reacts to what happens after it is published. Summaries finished before that stay in Memoket; moving that backlog is a separate job. Many summaries at once
If the trigger suddenly returns a huge batch, after a bulk import or a migration for instance, Zapier's flood protection can hold it back. The free plan stops at two steps
A free plan Zap is one trigger plus one action. Sending a summary to two places, or filtering it first, needs a paid plan.
