Movepro Zapier integrationAutomate Movepro with Zapier.
The Movepro Zapier integration gives you 0 triggers, 1 action and 0 searches. That one action, Create Lead, adds a lead to Movepro whenever something happens in another tool, such as a quote request arriving through your web form.

What the Movepro Zapier integration actually does
Movepro is a CRM and operations tool built for removalists and moving companies: leads, quotes, job bookings, scheduling, invoices and payments. On Zapier it exposes a single action, Create Lead. In plain terms, the integration lets an event in another app put a new lead into Movepro, without anyone typing it in twice.
Web enquiries that land as leads. Start a Zap on your form tool's new submission, end it on Create Lead, and each quote request from your site becomes a lead in Movepro with its contact details, pickup and delivery addresses and move dates mapped across.
A spreadsheet of enquiries turned into leads. If enquiries are collected in a spreadsheet first, a new row there can start the same action, so the list and the CRM stop drifting apart.
Only the enquiries worth chasing. Put a filter between the two steps and only the requests that meet a condition you set go through. That makes the Zap multi-step, so it needs a paid plan.
What Zapier does not do for Movepro: there is no trigger, so nothing happening inside Movepro (a booked job, an invoice) can start a Zap. There is no search either, so a Zap cannot check whether a lead already exists before creating it. And there is no action to update a lead or a job. Movepro is always the last step of the Zap, never the first. If you are new to building Zaps, see our Zapier training.
Zapier vocabulary in one minute
Eight words come back throughout this page. Here they are once, in plain English.
- Zap
- The automation you build on Zapier: one trigger, then one or more actions that run every time the trigger event happens.
- Trigger
- The event in an app that starts the Zap. Movepro has none, so the trigger always comes from another app you use.
- Action
- What the Zap does once it has started: the step that writes or sends something. Here, Create Lead writes a lead into Movepro.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills: one action your Zap completes successfully. Every lead created in Movepro counts as one task.
- Polling trigger
- A trigger Zapier checks on a timer, asking the app for new items at a fixed interval and keeping only what it has not seen before.
- Instant trigger
- A trigger the app reports itself: it calls Zapier the moment the event happens, so nothing waits for the next check.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap go on only when what arrived meets the condition you set, and stops it there otherwise.
- Multi-step Zap
- Any Zap beyond one trigger and one action. A filter or a second action makes it one, and it then needs a paid plan.
What a Movepro Zap really costs
Movepro is not a premium app on Zapier, so it works from the free plan. What you spend is tasks, counted on the action side.
- Premium appNo, works on the free plan
- Free plan100 tasks a month, two-step Zaps
- TriggerNever costs a task
- Failed actionNot counted
The trigger of your Zap never costs a task, however often Zapier checks it. Each lead that Create Lead adds successfully counts once; a lead that fails to go through is not counted. The free plan gives 100 tasks a month and unlimited Zaps of two steps each, which is exactly one trigger and Create Lead. A filter in between makes the Zap multi-step and calls for a paid plan. The interval grid below concerns the trigger of the app you start from, when it is a polling trigger; Movepro itself has no trigger.
Connect Movepro to Zapier in three steps
- 01
Open the Apps page
In your Zapier account, open Apps and click + Add connection. A connection is your Movepro account linked to Zapier once, then reused by every Zap step that writes to Movepro.
- 02
Find Movepro
Type Movepro in the search box of the dialog, select it, then click Add connection. Zapier opens a new tab where Movepro asks you to sign in with your own account.
- 03
Sign in and grant access
Sign in to Movepro in that tab and grant Zapier access to the account. You need an account on the app, plus read or write access on anything you do not own yourself and want the Zap to touch.
Your first Zap: web form enquiries as Movepro leads
GoalCreate a lead in Movepro for each quote request submitted through your web form, but only for the ones that meet a condition you choose.
- 01
Create the Zap and pick the trigger
Start a new Zap and pick your form tool as the app that starts it, with its new submission event. Movepro cannot come first, since it has no trigger.
- 02
Test the trigger
Run the test. Zapier brings back the three most recent submissions of the connected account, so you map fields on a real enquiry rather than a guess.
- 03
Add the filter
Click the plus icon and add Filter. Set the field to look at, the rule and the value. A filter makes the Zap multi-step, so this step needs a paid plan.
- 04
Add Create Lead
Add Movepro as the action app, choose
Create Lead, select your connection and map the form answers into the lead: contact details, both addresses and the move dates. - 05
Test, then publish
Test the action once and open Movepro to read the lead it created. When it looks right, click Publish to switch the Zap on. Older submissions stay out.
The Movepro action
Movepro gives you 1 action. For each one: what it does for you, when to reach for it, and what to watch out for.

Create Lead
ActionIn Zapier“Creates a new lead with the customer's contact details, pickup and delivery addresses, and move dates.”
Adds a new lead to Movepro and fills it with what the previous steps brought: who the customer is and how to reach them, where the move starts and ends, and the dates it should happen.
When a Movepro Zap breaks
Zapier attaches no help article to Movepro, and no limit specific to the app is documented. What can go wrong comes from how Zapier works in general.
Three cases worth knowing before you publish. If a Zap still misbehaves, see our Zapier troubleshooting guide.
Old enquiries are not picked up
A Zap only reacts to what happens after it is switched on. Enquiries that arrived earlier do not become leads; moving that backlog is a separate job.A Zap that sets itself off
As a general precaution, a Zap that writes into the very place its own trigger watches can start itself again and again, and burns through the task count.A sudden flood of items
When the trigger app suddenly returns a huge batch, after a bulk import or a migration for example, Zapier's flood protection can hold those items back.
