Peach Zapier integrationAutomate Peach with Zapier.
Peach Zapier integration: 2 triggers, 1 action, 0 searches. Both triggers are instant, so a launched App or a new App Response starts your Zap right away, even on the free plan. The single action sends a WhatsApp template to a contact. Here is what it costs, how to connect it and what breaks.

What the Peach Zapier integration actually does
The Peach Zapier integration links your Peach account to the other tools you run through Zapier. A Zap (an automation made of one trigger and one or more actions) can start when one of your Peach Apps is launched or collects a new response, and it can send a WhatsApp template message to a contact. That is the whole catalog: three operations, no search.
A record of every response. With New App Response as the trigger, each response your App collects can land in the spreadsheet or CRM your team already reads, without anyone copying it by hand. One response, one line, every time.
A heads-up when an App goes live. App Launched starts a Zap when an App is launched, a clean starting point for a team message or a card in your project tool. Nobody has to remember the launch date.
A WhatsApp message triggered from elsewhere. Send Template Message lets an event in another app, a new deal or a paid order, push one of your WhatsApp templates to a contact through Peach.
What Zapier does not do here: it cannot look anything up in Peach (there is no search step), its only send action works from a template, and it offers no trigger beyond these two. Everything else, from campaigns to contacts, stays inside Peach. If you are weighing other platforms, see Make vs Zapier and n8n vs Zapier.
Zapier vocabulary in plain words
Seven words come back on every Zapier screen. Here they are once, so the rest of the page reads easily.
- Zap
- The automation you build: one trigger, then one or more actions that run each time the trigger event happens.
- Trigger
- The event that starts a Zap. Here, an App launching or a new App Response in Peach. Once the Zap is on, Zapier waits for it.
- Action
- What the Zap does once started: the step that writes, sends or moves something. With Peach, sending a WhatsApp template.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills: one action your Zap completes successfully. The count on your plan is a count of those, nothing else.
- Instant vs polling
- An instant trigger is reported by the app itself when the event happens. A polling trigger is checked on a timer. Both Peach triggers are instant.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap go on only when the incoming data meets the condition you set, and stops it otherwise.
- Connection
- Your Peach account, linked to Zapier one time and then reused by every Zap step that touches Peach.
What it really costs in tasks
Peach is not reserved for paid plans: it works on the free plan.
- TriggerNever costs a task
- Successful actionCounted against your plan
- Failed actionNot counted
- Free plan100 tasks a month, two-step Zaps
The trigger never costs a task, and neither does Zapier waiting for new data. Each Send Template Message that goes through is counted; one that fails is not. The free plan gives you 100 tasks a month and Zaps of two steps only: one trigger, one action. Add a filter or a second action and the Zap becomes multi-step, which needs a paid plan. The polling grid below does not apply here, since both Peach triggers are instant.
Connect your Peach account in three steps
- 01
Open Apps and add a connection
In your Zapier account, open the Apps page and click + Add connection. A dialog opens with a search box. Before you start, make sure you have a Peach account of your own, or access to the one your team uses.
- 02
Pick Peach and sign in
Type Peach in the search box, select it, then click Add connection. A new tab opens on Peach: sign in there with the account your Zaps should use, not a side account you only tested with.
- 03
Grant access
Peach asks you to let Zapier into the account. Accept. From then on, every Peach step in every Zap reuses this connection, so you do this once per account rather than once per Zap.
Your first Zap: answer qualified responses on WhatsApp
GoalEach new response to one of your Peach Apps that meets your condition gets a WhatsApp template sent back to the contact.
- 01
Build: pick the trigger
Start a new Zap, choose Peach as the app and New App Response as the event. Select your Peach connection, then the App whose responses should start the Zap.
- 02
Test the trigger
Run the test. Zapier brings back the three most recent items of the connected account, so you map the next steps on a real response instead of a guess.
- 03
Add a filter
From the plus icon, add a Filter step and set the field, the rule and the value. Mind the rule type: a text rule on a number never passes. This step makes the Zap multi-step, so it needs a paid plan.
- 04
Add the action
Add Peach again with Send Template Message. Pick the WhatsApp Template, then fill the contact name, phone number and template variables from the test response, if your App collects them.
- 05
Test, then publish
Test the action once and read what came back. When it looks right, Publish the Zap to switch it on. Only responses that arrive after that point will run through it.
Peach triggers
2 events start a Zap when something happens in Peach, and 2 of them are instant: the app calls Zapier straight away, whatever your plan.
App Launched
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when an App is launched.”
Starts a Zap when one of your Peach Apps is launched, so whatever should happen around a go-live, a note to the team or a line in a launch log, happens without anyone having to remember it.
New App Response
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a new App Response is created.”
Every response an App collects can open a Zap, which is how answers leave Peach and reach the tools where your team really follows up on them.
Peach action
Peach gives you 1 action. For each one: what it does for you, when to reach for it, and what to watch out for.

When a Peach Zap breaks
Zapier ties no help article to Peach, so the cases below are the general ones that hit any Zap built on it.
None of them shows up as an error inside Peach. They show up as a message that never went out, or as a task count that climbs faster than planned. When you are stuck, the Zapier troubleshooting page is the next stop.
No catch-up on the past
A Zap only reacts to what happens after you switch it on. Responses collected before you publish never go through it; moving them is a separate job.A Zap that sets itself off
If a Zap writes into the very place its own trigger watches, it fires again and again and burns through your task count. Check that the action never feeds the trigger.Flood protection after a bulk import
When a trigger suddenly returns a huge batch, after an import or a migration, Zapier can hold it back instead of running every item through the Zap.A filter that never passes
Filter rules are typed: a text rule only works on text, a number rule only on numbers. Picking the wrong one is why a filter blocks everything.
