What you can automate

What can the Roeto Make integration do?

The Roeto Make integration links your Roeto account to Make, a tool where you build automations called scenarios. Each scenario chains modules, one brick per step, so data from your forms, inbox or spreadsheets reaches Roeto as leads, client notes or tasks without anyone retyping it.

Every web prospect becomes a lead with a callback. A form app hands Make a new contact, Create A Lead records it in Roeto and Create A Task gives an agent the callback to make. Nobody copies names between screens.

Client files that tell the whole story. An email or a meeting summary arrives in another tool, Search Clients finds the right person and Append A Text To A Client's Notes adds the text after what is already there.

Workload that follows your team. When an agent is away, Get Tasks By Assigned User shows what they hold and Re-assign Tasks moves it to a colleague.

Two limits shape every Roeto scenario. The app has no trigger module, so Roeto cannot start a scenario on its own: you start it on a schedule or from another app. And Make's documentation for Roeto is marked as limited, so the page names what each module is for without promising fields. The Make training covers these first steps in more depth, Make troubleshooting helps when a run fails, and if you hesitate between tools, read n8n vs Make.

Connect

How do you connect Roeto to Make?

  1. 01

    Add a Roeto module

In a scenario, click the +, search for Roeto and pick any module, for example Create A Lead. Then click Create a connection. A connection is your Roeto account linked to Make once, and every Roeto module reuses it.

  2. 02

    Name it and authorize Make

Give the connection a name you will recognize later, such as the account it belongs to. Then follow what Roeto asks: either you approve Make on Roeto's own page, or you paste the key Roeto gives you into the field Make shows.

  3. 03

    Save and check

Click Save. Done: the connection shows in the module, and Make can now list what it reads from your account. If the module stays empty, open the connection again and check which Roeto account you authorized.

First scenario

Your first scenario: a lead and a callback task

GoalWhen a new contact reaches your form app, Make creates a lead in Roeto and a task to call that person back.

  1. 01

    Create the scenario

On the Scenarios page, create a new scenario and click the +. The first module comes from the app where your contacts arrive, since Roeto has no trigger module of its own.

  2. 02

    Add Create A Lead

Click the + on the right of that first module, search for Roeto and choose Create A Lead. Pick your connection or click Create a connection, then map the contact data from the first module into the lead.

  3. 03

    Add Create A Task

Add one more module with the +: Roeto, Create A Task. Map the lead's details into the task so the agent knows who to call. Make lists what it can read from Roeto once the connection exists.

  4. 04

    Test with Run once

Send a test contact through your form, then click Run once. Open the bubble above each module to read the bundles it received: one contact in, one lead and one task out. Check both in Roeto.

  5. 05

    Schedule and switch on

Set the schedule on the first module. A new scenario runs every 15 minutes by default, and the Free plan cannot go below that. Then switch the scenario on so it keeps working without you.

Modules

What each Roeto module does

Roeto gives you 54 modules. For each one: what it does for you, when to reach for it, and what to watch out for.

Roeto1

Append A New Activity Log To An Existing Task

ActionIn the docs only

You get a written trace on a Roeto task whenever something happens in another tool, and nobody has to type it. The module adds a new activity log entry to a task that already exists.

When to use it
a client replies to an email or a call ends, and the task that follows this client should record it.
Watch out
the task has to exist first, so place Search Tasks before this module to find the right one.
Roeto2

Append A Text To A Client's Notes

ActionIn the docs only

A client record in Roeto gains a new piece of notes, written after what is already there. Useful when information about a client shows up in another tool and belongs next to the file.

When to use it
a form answer or a meeting summary should land in the notes of the matching client.
Watch out
the module appends, so each run adds text; running the scenario twice on the same bundle writes it twice.
Roeto3

Append A Text To A Task's Description

ActionIn the docs only

The description of a Roeto task grows with new context instead of being overwritten. This module adds your text at the end of an existing task's description.

When to use it
a client asks a question by email, and the agent who owns the task should read it inside the task itself.
Watch out
keep this one for context the agent needs to do the task, and Append A New Activity Log To An Existing Task for a trace of what happened.
Roeto4

Assign Agent To A Client

ActionIn the docs only

Every client ends up with a named agent in Roeto, set by the scenario rather than by hand. The module links one agent to one client record.

When to use it
a new client is created and your own distribution rule, by region or by product, decides who follows them.
Watch out
Make has to know which agent to pick; put Get Agents List earlier in the scenario and map the agent from it instead of typing a name.
Roeto5

Assign An Employer To An Active Client (לקוח פעיל)

ActionIn the docs only

An active client in Roeto gets tied to an employer, so the file shows where the person works without an agent opening it.

When to use it
an HR contact sends a list of new hires and each person should be attached to the same employer record.
Watch out
as its name says, it works on active clients; find the employer first with Search Employer so the link points to the right one.
Roeto6

Assign Gorem Metapel To A Client

ActionIn the docs only

The client file in Roeto gets its Gorem Metapel filled in by the scenario, so nobody has to open the record to add it.

When to use it
the Gorem Metapel for a client comes in through a form or an email, and the file should reflect it as soon as the scenario runs.
Watch out
Make's documentation says nothing about this module's fields; click Run once on a client you control and check the result in Roeto before you switch the scenario on.
Roeto7

Change A Task's Due Date

ActionIn the docs only

Deadlines in Roeto move with the rest of your process: this module sets a new due date on a task that already exists.

When to use it
a client postpones an appointment in your calendar tool and the related Roeto task should follow.
Watch out
Make needs to know which task to change, so find it with Search Tasks or Get Tasks By Assigned User earlier in the scenario; otherwise there is nothing to update.
Roeto8

Check Clients' Existence

ActionIn the docs only

Before creating anything, you learn whether a client is already in Roeto. That answer lets you decide what the scenario does next and spares you duplicate files.

When to use it
just before Create An Active Client or Create A Lead, when contacts come from a form people can fill in twice.
Watch out
the documentation does not describe what it returns; run it once on a known client and once on an unknown one to compare both bundles.
Roeto9

Check Mislaka Prerequisites

ActionIn the docs only

You find out, before sending anything, whether the Mislaka prerequisites are met in Roeto, as the module name says. The check runs inside the scenario, not in a separate screen.

When to use it
right before Create A Mislaka Request, so a request that would not go through is caught earlier.
Watch out
the documentation gives no detail on this check; read the bundle it returns after Run once to see what Roeto actually answers.
Roeto10

Create A Lead

ActionIn the docs only

New prospects land in Roeto as leads without anyone retyping them. The module creates one lead for each bundle it receives from the previous module.

When to use it
a contact form, a landing page or an ad platform collects a prospect, and your agents work their leads in Roeto.
Watch out
one bundle gives one lead and one operation; add Search Leads before it if the same person can sign up twice.
Roeto11

Create A Mislaka Request

ActionIn the docs only

A Mislaka request opens in Roeto straight from the scenario, instead of through the Roeto screens.

When to use it
a client returns the signed documents your process needs, and the next step in Roeto is the request itself.
Watch out
place Check Mislaka Prerequisites in front of it; afterwards, Get Latest Mislaka Request Files can collect the files of the most recent request in another scenario.
Roeto12

Create A New Financial Activity (פעולה פיננסית/ניהול מכירה)

ActionIn the docs only

Each sale or financial operation gets its own record in Roeto, created by Make from data that lives in another tool.

When to use it
a deal is marked won in your sales pipeline and the matching financial activity should exist in Roeto for the agent.
Watch out
a created record stays; for later changes use Update Existing Financial Activity rather than creating a second one, and test with Run once on a client you control.
Roeto13

Create A Roeto-Pol Form Signature Request

ActionIn the docs only

Your scenario creates a Roeto-Pol signature request for a form, which removes the manual step between the decision and the signature.

When to use it
a meeting is logged as complete in your calendar or CRM notes and the client should get the form while the discussion is fresh.
Watch out
a test with Run once creates a real request, so try it on your own file; Get Roeto-Pol Accounts List shows which account Make can use.
Roeto14

Create A Task

ActionIn the docs only

A to-do appears in Roeto for the right person, created by the scenario from any event another app reports to Make.

When to use it
a new lead arrives and someone should call them back; the task makes that callback visible in Roeto.
Watch out
Get Users List gives Make the users it can assign, so map the owner from it rather than typing a name that may not match.
Roeto15

Create A Trom Yeutz Client

ActionIn the docs only

A Trom Yeutz client record appears in Roeto from data collected elsewhere, with no manual entry by an agent.

When to use it
a prospect books a first consultation and should enter Roeto as a Trom Yeutz client rather than as an active client.
Watch out
two modules create clients, this one and Create An Active Client; run Check Clients' Existence first so the same person is not created twice.
Roeto16

Create An Active Client

ActionIn the docs only

You get an active client file in Roeto, ready for agents to work on, created straight from your scenario.

When to use it
a contract is signed in your e-signature tool and the person becomes a client in Roeto at that moment.
Watch out
pick it over Create A Trom Yeutz Client only when the person is already an active client in your process; Check Clients' Existence placed before it avoids a duplicate.
Roeto17

Create a Roeto-Pol Har-Bituach Request

ActionIn the docs only

A Har-Bituach request starts in Roeto-Pol from the scenario, so the agent does not have to open it by hand.

When to use it
a new client file is complete and your process continues with this request.
Watch out
Get Roeto-Pol Accounts List shows the Roeto-Pol accounts Make can use; the documentation gives no other detail, so test with Run once on a client you control.
Roeto18

Get Active Client Portfolio

ActionIn the docs only

You pull an active client's portfolio out of Roeto and reuse it in a report, an email or a spreadsheet.

When to use it
an agent prepares a meeting and wants the portfolio sent to their inbox when the appointment is booked.
Watch out
this one reads active clients; for a Trom Yeutz client, the matching module is Get Trom Yeutz Client Portfolio.
Roeto19

Get Agent Dashboard

ActionIn the docs only

An agent's dashboard data leaves Roeto and reaches the place your team actually reads, such as a shared sheet or a team chat.

When to use it
a manager wants each agent's dashboard copied into one spreadsheet whenever the scenario runs.
Watch out
the documentation does not say what comes back; Run once shows the bundle, so read it before you map anything into the next module.
Roeto20

Get Agents List

ActionIn the docs only

Make receives the list of agents defined in Roeto, so later modules can pick one without you typing names.

When to use it
before Assign Agent To A Client or Get Clients By Agent, when the scenario needs to know who the agents are.
Watch out
the documentation does not say whether the list arrives as one bundle or several; check with Run once before adding the next module.
Roeto21

Get Clients By Agent

ActionIn the docs only

You see which clients belong to one agent, directly in the scenario. That helps when an agent leaves or goes on leave.

When to use it
handing an agent's clients to a colleague with Assign Agent To A Client, client after client.
Watch out
if the clients come out as separate bundles, every module after this one runs once per client, and each run is an operation counted on your Make plan.
Roeto23

Get Latest Mislaka Request Files

ActionIn the docs only

The files of the most recent Mislaka request reach Make, where you can store them or pass them to another module.

When to use it
after Create A Mislaka Request, in a scenario that files the result with Upload A File To An Active Client.
Watch out
the name says latest, so do not count on it for older requests; files over 5 MB also exceed what the Free plan accepts.
Roeto24

Get Mislaka Accounts

ActionIn the docs only

Make reads the Mislaka accounts from Roeto and hands them to the next module, which can put them in a sheet, a summary or a message.

When to use it
an advisor prepares a client review and wants the accounts gathered in one document.
Watch out
Make's documentation for Roeto is limited; read the bundle after Run once to see what each account carries before mapping it.
Roeto25

Get Mislaka Companies (רשימת גופים מוסדיים של המסלקה)

ActionIn the docs only

You receive the list of institutional bodies known to the Mislaka, a reference list the scenario can match against.

When to use it
before Create A Mislaka Request, when a company name arrives from a form and has to match the one Roeto uses.
Watch out
this is a reference list, not a client's data; for a client's own accounts, the module to add is Get Mislaka Accounts.
Roeto26

Get Roeto-Pol Accounts List

ActionIn the docs only

You see which Roeto-Pol accounts are available from inside the scenario, so the right one is chosen without guessing.

When to use it
before Create A Roeto-Pol Form Signature Request or Create a Roeto-Pol Har-Bituach Request.
Watch out
if several accounts come back, map the one you need in the next module rather than trusting whichever arrives first.
Roeto28

Get Tasks By Assigned User

ActionIn the docs only

One user's tasks in Roeto come out in one step, which is the base for a to-do digest or a workload review.

When to use it
a team lead wants each user's tasks posted in a team channel, or moved to someone else with Re-assign Tasks.
Watch out
Get Users List gives the users to pass here; running both every 15 minutes, the default schedule, adds operations quickly.
Roeto29

Get Trom Yeutz Client Portfolio

ActionIn the docs only

The portfolio of a Trom Yeutz client leaves Roeto and reaches the email or document where the agent needs it.

When to use it
a Trom Yeutz client books a meeting in your calendar tool and the agent should receive the portfolio beforehand.
Watch out
active clients have their own module, Get Active Client Portfolio; picking the wrong one returns nothing useful for that client.
Roeto30

Get Users List

ActionIn the docs only

Make gets the list of Roeto users, so later modules pick a person from data instead of a typed name.

When to use it
before Get Tasks By Assigned User or Re-assign Tasks, when the scenario must go through your team.
Watch out
Roeto has separate modules for users and for agents, per their names; for agents, the one you want is Get Agents List.
Roeto31

Import Multiple Leads From A CSV File

ActionIn the docs only

A whole CSV of leads goes into Roeto through one module, instead of one lead at a time.

When to use it
a partner or a trade show sends you a CSV file of contacts, which lands in a mailbox or a cloud folder that Make can read.
Watch out
on the Free plan, files stop at 5 MB; for a single prospect coming from a form, Create A Lead fits better.
Roeto33

List Available Client Types (סיווגי לקוח)

SearchIn the docs only

You get the client types available in your Roeto account, so a scenario maps a type that Roeto accepts.

When to use it
before Create An Active Client, when the type comes from a form whose wording differs from the one in Roeto.
Watch out
as a search, it returns zero, one or several bundles, and the next module runs once for each of them.
Roeto34

List Clients By Employer

SearchIn the docs only

Every client linked to one employer comes back as its own bundle, which makes group mailings or employer reviews simple.

When to use it
an employer announces a change and each employee on file should get a task or an email.
Watch out
a search can return many bundles, and each one costs operations in the next modules; find the employer first with Search Employer.
Roeto35

List Clients' Birthdays

SearchIn the docs only

The clients who have a birthday come out of Roeto, ready for a greeting or a call from their agent.

When to use it
send a message through your email tool, or give the agent a call to make with Create A Task.
Watch out
the documentation does not say which dates the list covers; check with Run once, and set the schedule so the same client is not greeted twice.
Roeto36

List Financial Activities (פעולות פיננסיות/ניהול מכירות)

SearchIn the docs only

The financial activities recorded in Roeto come back one bundle each, which feeds a sales sheet or a follow-up.

When to use it
a manager wants the activities copied into a spreadsheet for a pipeline review.
Watch out
to reach one activity by criteria, Search Financial Activities fits better; a full list can return many bundles and use many operations.
Roeto37

Make a custom API call

ActionIn the docs only

As its name says, this module lets the scenario send its own request to Roeto when none of the ready-made modules covers the need.

When to use it
a feature exists in Roeto but has no module in this list.
Watch out
Make's documentation says nothing about it, so start with a harmless request and Run once; for anything bigger, the Make agency can build it with you.
Roeto38

Re-assign Tasks

ActionIn the docs only

Tasks move from one person to another in Roeto without anyone editing them one by one.

When to use it
an agent leaves the team or goes on leave, and their tasks should go to a colleague.
Watch out
Get Tasks By Assigned User shows what is about to move; check it with Run once first, because the change lands on real records.
Roeto39

Search Campaigns

SearchIn the docs only

You find Roeto campaigns from the scenario and pass them to the next module, for a report in a sheet for example.

When to use it
a lead arrives with a campaign name from your ad tool and you want the matching Roeto campaign.
Watch out
a search can return zero, one or several bundles, so plan for the case where no campaign matches the name.
Roeto40

Search Clients

SearchIn the docs only

You find the right client in Roeto from data another app provides, and every later module can act on that client.

When to use it
an email arrives from a client and you want to add it with Append A Text To A Client's Notes.
Watch out
several clients may match; check with Run once how many bundles come back before chaining an update.
Roeto41

Search Employer

SearchIn the docs only

You find the employer record in Roeto that the rest of your scenario should work with. Like every search module, it can return zero, one or several bundles, a bundle being one item handed to the next module.

When to use it
before Assign An Employer To An Active Client, to fetch the employer you are about to attach instead of typing it by hand.
Watch out
when several employers come back, the next module runs once for each of them, so narrow the search first.
Roeto42

Search Financial Activities

SearchIn the docs only

You get the financial activities already stored in Roeto that match your search, one bundle each. Later modules then update a real record instead of a guess.

When to use it
ahead of Update Financial Activity Status, when another app tells you a sale moved forward and you need the matching activity first.
Watch out
an empty result stops nothing on its own; test with Run once and check that a bundle actually arrived.
Roeto43

Search Leads

SearchIn the docs only

A name or an email from another tool becomes a Roeto lead you can act on: the leads that match come back to Make, one bundle per lead.

When to use it
right before Update A Lead's Status, so the status change lands on the lead you meant.
Watch out
a broad search can hit several leads, and every one of them then gets the same update.
Roeto44

Search Tasks

SearchIn the docs only

You get the Roeto tasks that fit your search, one bundle per task. Pick it when you look for tasks by what they contain rather than by who owns them.

When to use it
to find a task before toggling its completion, moving its due date or adding a line to its description.
Watch out
each task found costs an operation in every later module, since an operation is one module run on one bundle.
Roeto45

Toggle A Task's Completion Status

ActionIn the docs only

A Roeto task switches between done and not done, so the task list matches what really happened elsewhere. Nobody has to close it by hand once the work is finished in another tool.

When to use it
when a signed document or a paid invoice in another app means the related task is over.
Watch out
as its name says, it toggles rather than sets a state, so two runs for the same event would likely undo each other; test with Run once.
Roeto46

Toggle A Task's Reminder

ActionIn the docs only

The reminder on a Roeto task goes on or off, so alerts stay only where someone still has to follow up. It pairs well with the modules that change a task's date or status.

When to use it
after a client answers in your inbox or form tool, to silence the reminder on the follow-up task.
Watch out
being a toggle, it presumably flips the current setting, so make sure only one bundle per task reaches it.
Roeto47

Update A Client's Personal Information (לקוח פעיל)

ActionIn the docs only

An active client's personal details change in Roeto, the client type the Hebrew label (לקוח פעיל) names. New details from a form or another CRM reach the file without retyping.

When to use it
when a client corrects an address or phone number through a form, after Search Clients has found the right record.
Watch out
it targets active clients only; pre-advice (Trom Yeutz) clients have their own update module.
Roeto48

Update A Lead's Status

ActionIn the docs only

A Roeto lead moves to a new status, so your pipeline shows where each prospect stands without anyone dragging cards. The status follows what happens in your other tools.

When to use it
when a prospect books a call in your scheduling app, to mark the lead as contacted.
Watch out
the Roeto documentation available to Make is limited, so check the status values offered in the module once your connection exists.
Roeto49

Update A Trom Yeutz Client's Personal Information (לקוח טרום יעוץ)

ActionIn the docs only

A Trom Yeutz client's details stay current in Roeto; the Hebrew label (לקוח טרום יעוץ) reads as a pre-advice client. The file stays right before the person ever becomes an active client.

When to use it
when a prospect in the pre-advice phase sends updated contact details through a web form.
Watch out
pick this module and not the active-client version; the two target different client types in Roeto.
Roeto50

Update Existing Financial Activity

ActionIn the docs only

A financial activity that already exists in Roeto gets its details rewritten, so the sale record follows what changed outside. Nothing new is created.

When to use it
when terms of a deal change in another system and the Roeto activity has to follow.
Watch out
if only the stage moves, Update Financial Activity Status is the lighter choice; this one touches the whole record.
Roeto51

Update Financial Activity Status

ActionIn the docs only

A financial activity in Roeto gets a new status, and nothing else changes. Your sales tracking moves forward when the matching event happens in another tool.

When to use it
once a payment or a signature is confirmed elsewhere and the activity should advance a stage.
Watch out
feed it the activity from Search Financial Activities or List Financial Activities, otherwise Make has no record to point at.
Roeto52

Update Yipui-Koach The Mislaka (בקשת ב1 דרך המסלקה)

ActionIn the docs only

The Yipui-Koach step linked to the Mislaka gets updated from your scenario; the Hebrew label (בקשת ב1 דרך המסלקה) describes it as a request made through the Mislaka. That paperwork step stays inside your flow.

When to use it
alongside Create A Mislaka Request and Check Mislaka Prerequisites, when a client file reaches that stage.
Watch out
the documentation Make holds for Roeto is thin, so run it once on a test client before switching the scenario on.
Roeto53

Upload A File To A Trom Yeutz Client (תיוק מסמך ללקוח טרום יעוץ)

ActionIn the docs only

A document lands in the file of a Trom Yeutz client, so attachments stop living in inboxes. The file comes from an earlier module, such as a mail or storage app.

When to use it
when a prospect emails an ID copy or a form before the advice meeting.
Watch out
on the Free plan Make handles files up to 5 MB, so larger scans need a paid plan or a lighter file.
Roeto54

Upload A File To An Active Client (תיוק מסמך ללקוח פעיל)

ActionIn the docs only

A document gets attached to an active client in Roeto, so every signed form or statement sits in the right file. Take the file from the module before it, then choose the client.

When to use it
when a signed contract lands in your cloud storage and belongs to a client already on the books.
Watch out
pre-advice clients need the Trom Yeutz upload module instead, and files above 5 MB fail on the Free plan.

FAQ

Roeto and Make: common questions

01Is the Roeto Make integration free?
Yes, Roeto is a standard app in Make, so it works from the Free plan. That plan has limits: 2 active scenarios, at least 15 minutes between two scheduled runs, 5 minutes of execution per run, files up to 5 MB and 512 MB of data transfer. Paid plans (Core, Pro, Teams and Enterprise) bring the interval down to 1 minute, remove the cap on active scenarios and allow 40 minutes of execution. Usage is counted in operations per month, one per module per bundle. Your Roeto subscription is a separate matter this page does not cover.
02What do you need to connect Roeto to Make?
A Roeto account and a Make account are enough to start. Make's documentation lists no specific prerequisite for Roeto and no official steps, so the generic ones apply: add a Roeto module, click Create a connection, give it a name if you like, then either approve Make on Roeto's page or paste the key Roeto provides, and click Save. The connection is reused by all Roeto modules, so if several people use different Roeto accounts, create one connection per account and name each clearly.
03Can a Roeto scenario start in real time?
No, not from Roeto itself: the app has no trigger module in Make, neither scheduled nor instant. You have two ways to start a scenario anyway. Put a trigger from another app first, for example the form or inbox where contacts arrive, and add Roeto modules after it. Or run the scenario on a schedule: a new scenario runs every 15 minutes by default, 15 minutes is also the minimum on the Free plan, and paid plans go down to 1 minute.
04What if a Roeto module is missing in Make?
It depends on what you need. Roeto does not offer Make's universal Make an API Call module. Its list does include a module named Make a custom API call, but Make's documentation is limited for this app and does not describe it, so test it carefully with Run once. Another route is to handle the missing step in a different app that Make supports, then pass the result to Roeto. For a case that neither route solves, the team can study it with you.
05Make or n8n for Roeto?
It depends on your team rather than on a ranking. On Make, Roeto has 54 modules covering leads, clients, tasks, financial activities and Mislaka requests, all usable from the Free plan, but no trigger. Before choosing n8n, check whether it offers a Roeto node and which actions it covers, since this page only documents the Make side. If your team already builds scenarios in one of the two tools, staying there usually keeps maintenance simpler.
