Overview

What the Copper Zapier integration does for your CRM

Connecting Copper to Zapier lets your CRM react to the rest of your tools and feed them in return. A change in Copper, such as a new person or a deal changing stage, starts an automation in another app, and events from other apps create or update records in Copper without anyone typing them in.

Three results teams actually build. Leads that arrive already filed: a form or an ad tool hands a contact to Create/Update Lead, so Copper never gets a duplicate for someone it already knows. A pipeline that sets off the next job: Updated Opportunity Stage fires the moment a deal moves, and the Zap can open a project, create a task or warn the delivery team. A clean history on every record: Create Activity logs what happened in other tools onto the right person, company, opportunity or lead.

Every trigger of this app is instant: Copper tells Zapier itself when something happens, so the free plan's polling delay never applies here. That is rare and worth knowing before you pick a plan for speed reasons.

What Zapier does not do for Copper: it does not delete anything, since there is no delete action, and it cannot bring back records that existed before your Zap was switched on. Several actions also want an internal Copper ID rather than a name, which means a search step in front of them. If you compare platforms, the Copper n8n integration and the Copper Make integration cover the same CRM from the other two sides.

Vocabulary

Zapier vocabulary in one minute

Eight words come back on every Zapier screen. Each is explained once here, then used without a reminder.

Zap
The automation you build on Zapier: one trigger, then one or more actions that run each time the trigger event happens.
Trigger
The event in an app that starts the Zap. Once the Zap is on, Zapier waits for it. Copper offers 17, from a new lead to an updated task.
Action
What the Zap does once started: the step that creates, updates or links something for you. Copper offers 19.
Task
The unit Zapier bills: one action completed successfully. Your plan is a monthly count of those, and failed actions do not count.
Polling vs instant
A polling trigger is checked by Zapier on a timer set by your plan. An instant trigger is pushed by the app as soon as the event happens.
Filter
A step that lets the Zap go on only when the data meets your condition, such as one pipeline stage, and stops it otherwise.
Search step
A step that looks up a record that already exists, so the next steps can use what it found, such as a Copper ID.
Multi-step Zap
Any Zap beyond one trigger and one action. A second action, a filter or a search makes it one, and it then needs a paid plan.
Cost

What a Copper Zap really costs

The trigger costs nothing, and Copper pushing an event to Zapier costs nothing either. You pay in tasks: one per successful action.

  • Free plan100 tasks a month
  • Free plan steps2 (one trigger, one action)
  • Premium appNo
  • Instant triggers17 of 17

A Zap that creates one task in Copper for each new lead uses one task per lead. Add a second action, such as an update, and each successful action counts on its own. A step that fails is not billed. On the free plan, Zaps stop at two steps, so any search or filter in front of a Copper action moves you to a paid plan. Copper is not a premium app, and since all its triggers are instant, the polling grid below only matters for triggers from other apps.

Connect

Connect Copper to Zapier in three steps

  1. 01

    Open your connections

In Zapier, go to Apps and click + Add connection. A connection is your Copper account linked once, then reused by every Zap and every step that touches Copper.

  2. 02

    Pick Copper

Type Copper in the search box of the dialog, select it, then confirm with Add connection. A new browser tab opens on the Copper side so you can finish the link there.

  3. 03

    Sign in and grant access

Log in to Copper in that tab and allow Zapier to act on your account. You need a Copper account, plus read or write access to the records you did not create yourself and want the Zap to touch.

First Zap

Your first Copper Zap

GoalOpen a project in Copper as soon as a deal reaches the stage you choose, and attach it to the deal's record so the team sees both together.

  1. 01

Create the Zap and pick the trigger

Start a new Zap, choose Copper and Updated Opportunity Stage. It is instant, so the Zap reacts the moment a deal moves in your pipeline.

  2. 02

    Test the trigger

Run the test. Zapier brings back the three most recent changes from your Copper account, so you map the next steps on a real deal rather than a guess.

  3. 03

Add a filter on the stage

Add a Filter step from the plus icon. Pick the stage field, a text rule and the stage name. Only deals reaching that stage go further, and the Zap is now multi-step.

  4. 04

Create the project, then link it

Add Create Project and give it a name built from the deal. Then add Associate to Project and map the new project ID and the deal ID from the earlier steps.

  5. 05

    Test, then publish

Test each Copper step and open the deal in Copper to check the project is attached. When it is, click Publish to switch the Zap on.

Triggers

The 17 Copper triggers on Zapier

17 events start a Zap when something happens in Copper, and 17 of them are instant: the app calls Zapier straight away, whatever your plan.

1

New Activity

Instant trigger

In Zapier“Triggers when a new activity is created.”

Starts your Zap each time someone logs a new activity in Copper, so the rest of your tools learn about it without a copy and paste.

How it fires
the app tells Zapier the moment it happens, so the Zap starts right away, whatever your plan.
When to use it
posting a meeting summary to your team chat, or keeping a shared log of every client call in a spreadsheet.
Watch out
the kind of record the activity sits on and the activity type are both required, so decide them before you build the rest.
2

New Company

Instant trigger

In Zapier“Triggers when a new Company is created in Copper.”

Fires whenever a company record appears in Copper, whether a rep typed it in or another Zap created it.

How it fires
the app tells Zapier the moment it happens, so the Zap starts right away, whatever your plan.
When to use it
creating the matching customer in your invoicing tool, or opening a shared folder named after the account the day it lands.
Watch out
if another Zap creates companies in Copper, this trigger reacts to those too, which can loop if both Zaps write to each other.
3

New Person

Instant trigger

In Zapier“Triggers when a new Person is created in Copper.”

Reacts to every new person added to Copper, the records your team keeps for each individual contact.

How it fires
the app tells Zapier the moment it happens, so the Zap starts right away, whatever your plan.
When to use it
adding new contacts to your newsletter list, or sending a welcome email from your mailing tool the minute a contact is saved.
Watch out
people created before you publish the Zap are never sent, so existing contacts need a separate import.
4

New Opportunity

Instant trigger

In Zapier“Triggers when an Opportunity is created in Copper.”

Kicks off when a new opportunity, Copper's name for a deal in your pipeline, is created.

How it fires
the app tells Zapier the moment it happens, so the Zap starts right away, whatever your plan.
When to use it
alerting a sales manager in chat about every fresh deal, or adding a row to a forecast sheet the moment a rep opens one.
Watch out
this fires once, at creation; a deal that later changes stage or value needs one of the update triggers below.
5

New Lead

Instant trigger

In Zapier“Triggers when a Lead is created in Copper.”

Catches each new lead in Copper, which Copper keeps as their own kind of record, separate from people. Zapier puts this trigger forward on its own Copper page.

How it fires
the app tells Zapier the moment it happens, so the Zap starts right away, whatever your plan.
When to use it
giving every new lead a follow-up task, or pinging the right rep in chat while the prospect is still on your site.
Watch out
leads and people are separate records, so a contact added as a person does not fire this trigger.
6

New Project

Instant trigger

In Zapier“Triggers when a new Project is created in Copper.”

Goes off when a project is created in Copper, the records teams use to follow a piece of work through to the end.

How it fires
the app tells Zapier the moment it happens, so the Zap starts right away, whatever your plan.
When to use it
mirroring each new Copper project into your project management tool, so delivery starts with a board instead of an email.
Watch out
if a Zap creates projects in Copper from that same tool, this trigger will fire on them too and can start a loop.
7

New Task

Instant trigger

In Zapier“Triggers when a new Task is created in Copper.”

Fires on each task added in Copper, the to-dos your team keeps in the CRM.

How it fires
the app tells Zapier the moment it happens, so the Zap starts right away, whatever your plan.
When to use it
copying Copper tasks into the to-do app someone actually opens every morning, or into a team calendar.
Watch out
tasks created by another Zap count as new as well, so filter on the owner or the name if you only want the ones people type in.
8

Updated Company

Instant trigger

In Zapier“Triggers when a Person's Company is changed.”

Despite its name, this one watches people: it fires when the company a person is attached to changes in Copper.

How it fires
the app tells Zapier the moment it happens, so the Zap starts right away, whatever your plan.
When to use it
keeping your mailing tool in sync when a contact moves to a new employer, so segments by account stay right.
Watch out
editing the company record itself, its address or its phone, does not fire this trigger; it reacts to a person changing company.
9

Updated Contact Type

Instant trigger

In Zapier“Triggers when a Person's Contact Type is changed.”

Reacts when the contact type of a person changes in Copper, the label your account uses to sort its contacts.

How it fires
the app tells Zapier the moment it happens, so the Zap starts right away, whatever your plan.
When to use it
moving a contact into your onboarding sequence the day a rep marks them as a customer.
Watch out
only the type field counts here; any other change on the person needs Updated Person instead.
10

Updated Person

Instant trigger

In Zapier“Triggers when a Person is changed.”

The broad one for contacts: any change saved on a person record in Copper starts the Zap.

How it fires
the app tells Zapier the moment it happens, so the Zap starts right away, whatever your plan.
When to use it
keeping a contact list in another tool aligned with Copper, so a new phone number or title follows everywhere.
Watch out
because every edit counts, a busy team can fire it many times a day; add a filter on the field you care about to protect your tasks.
11

Updated Opportunity

Instant trigger

In Zapier“Triggers when an Opportunity is changed.”

Runs on any change saved on an existing opportunity in Copper, not only on its stage or status.

How it fires
the app tells Zapier the moment it happens, so the Zap starts right away, whatever your plan.
When to use it
refreshing a forecast sheet or a reporting tool each time a rep touches a deal, so numbers never wait for the weekly update.
Watch out
if you only care about stage or status, use the dedicated triggers below; this one also fires on minor edits.
12

Updated Opportunity Stage

Instant trigger

In Zapier“Triggers when an Opportunity's stage is changed.”

Fires each time a deal moves from one pipeline stage to another in Copper, one of the triggers Zapier highlights for this app.

How it fires
the app tells Zapier the moment it happens, so the Zap starts right away, whatever your plan.
When to use it
sending a proposal template when a deal reaches the proposal stage, or opening a project at the last stage, as in the Zap above.
Watch out
it fires on every move, forward or back, so a filter on the stage name keeps the Zap to the moves that matter.
13

Updated Opportunity Status

Instant trigger

In Zapier“Triggers when an Opportunity's status is changed.”

Watches the outcome of a deal rather than its place in the pipeline: it fires when the status of an opportunity changes in Copper.

How it fires
the app tells Zapier the moment it happens, so the Zap starts right away, whatever your plan.
When to use it
telling finance a deal is won so invoicing can start, or logging lost deals in a sheet to review why.
Watch out
add a filter on the new status, otherwise every status change, won or not, sets off the same actions.
14

Updated Lead Status

Instant trigger

In Zapier“Triggers when a Lead's status is changed.”

Fires when a lead's status changes in Copper, the field reps use to track how far a prospect has been worked.

How it fires
the app tells Zapier the moment it happens, so the Zap starts right away, whatever your plan.
When to use it
moving a lead to a nurture sequence in your email tool when it is marked as not ready, or alerting a manager when it becomes qualified.
Watch out
other edits on the lead do not count here; for those, Updated Lead is the right choice.
15

Updated Lead

Instant trigger

In Zapier“Triggers when a Lead is changed.”

Covers any change saved on an existing lead in Copper, not only on its status.

How it fires
the app tells Zapier the moment it happens, so the Zap starts right away, whatever your plan.
When to use it
keeping your ad audience or outreach tool in step with the lead data your reps correct in Copper.
Watch out
a Zap that writes back to the same lead with Update Lead will fire this trigger again; that is the classic loop, so filter or split the Zaps.
16

Updated Project

Instant trigger

In Zapier“Triggers when a Project is changed.”

Starts the Zap whenever a project record changes in Copper, whatever the edit.

How it fires
the app tells Zapier the moment it happens, so the Zap starts right away, whatever your plan.
When to use it
letting a client channel or the account manager know that delivery reached a new step, without anyone writing the update twice.
Watch out
every edit counts, including small ones, so add a filter on the field that signals real progress.
17

Updated Task

Instant trigger

In Zapier“Triggers when a Task is changed.”

Reacts to any change saved on an existing Copper task, including the moment a rep completes it.

How it fires
the app tells Zapier the moment it happens, so the Zap starts right away, whatever your plan.
When to use it
closing the twin task in another to-do app when a rep completes it in Copper, so nobody follows up twice.
Watch out
keep the sync one way, or pair it with care: two Zaps updating each other's tasks will bounce forever.
Actions

The 19 Copper actions on Zapier

Copper gives you 19 actions. For each one: what it does for you, when to reach for it, and what to watch out for.

1

Create Activity

Action

In Zapier“Logs a new Activity on a Person, Company, Opportunity, or Lead.”

Logs a new activity on a person, a company, an opportunity or a lead in Copper.

When to use it
recording meetings booked in your scheduling tool on the right contact.
Watch out
six fields are required, including the record it sits on and the Copper user who did it, so plan a search step first.
2

Associate to Project

Action

In Zapier“This Action allows you to relate an existing Project to and existing CRM object; both objects have to exist before you run this Action. This Action expects two ID's for input: the ID of the CRM record you want to relate to and the Project ID you want to relate it with. This Action was designed to be used in multi-step Zaps, where you already have a Project ID and an related record ID (e.g. a Person) from previous steps.”

Links a project that already exists to another Copper record, such as a person or a deal, so both show up together.

When to use it
right after Create Project in a multi-step Zap, as in the example above.
Watch out
it only takes IDs, the project's and the record's, and both must exist before this step runs.
3

Update Company

Action

In Zapier“Updates a Company depending on the match criteria.”

Changes an existing company in Copper, found with the matching rule you set in the step.

When to use it
writing back a new address or industry that your billing tool or enrichment tool learned.
Watch out
the company name is required, and this step only updates; when the company may be new, Create/Update Company also creates it.
4

Create/Update Company

Action

In Zapier“Creates or Updates a Company depending on the match criteria.”

Updates the company when Copper already has a match, and creates it when it does not, in a single step.

When to use it
any flow where you are not sure the account exists yet, such as signups from a web form.
Watch out
the name is required, and the matching rule decides what counts as the same company, so test it before you publish.
5

Create Company

Action

In Zapier“Creates a new Company.”

Adds a brand-new company record to Copper with the details you map from the trigger.

When to use it
when the source only sends genuinely new accounts, like a signed contract in your e-signature tool.
Watch out
it only ever creates; when the company may already be in Copper, Create/Update Company updates the match instead.
6

Update Person

Action

In Zapier“Updates a Person depending on the match criteria.”

Edits a person who already exists in Copper, found through the matching rule you choose.

When to use it
pushing a new job title or phone number gathered by another tool onto the contact your reps already know.
Watch out
this step only updates; switch to Create/Update Person if the contact may not exist yet.
7

Create/Update Person

Action

In Zapier“Creates or Updates a Person depending on the match criteria.”

Creates the person if Copper does not have them yet, or updates the existing record if it does.

When to use it
in front of any opportunity action, since it gives you the person ID those steps ask for.
Watch out
the email is required, so a source without an email address cannot feed this step.
8

Create Person

Action

In Zapier“Creates a new Person.”

Adds a new person to Copper, one of the actions Zapier highlights for this app.

When to use it
turning each new customer from your online shop or booking tool into a contact your team can follow up.
Watch out
the email is required, and this step only creates; if the person may already exist, prefer Create/Update Person.
9

Update Lead

Action

In Zapier“Updates a Lead depending on the match criteria.”

Modifies a lead that is already in Copper, located with the matching rule you set.

When to use it
adding a score or a tag computed in another tool to the lead your rep is working on.
Watch out
paired with the Updated Lead trigger on the same lead, it restarts the Zap after every write.
10

Create/Update Lead

Action

In Zapier“Creates or Updates a Lead depending on the match criteria.”

Files a lead in Copper whether or not it already exists: a match gets updated, anything else gets created.

When to use it
form and ad leads, where the same prospect often signs up twice.
Watch out
check which criteria the matching rule uses and test it before you publish, since it decides between an update and a new lead.
11

Create Lead

Action

In Zapier“Creates a new Lead.”

Drops a fresh lead into Copper, another of the actions Zapier highlights on its Copper page.

When to use it
a lead source that only sends each prospect once, such as an event registration list.
Watch out
this step only creates, so a resubmitted form is better served by Create/Update Lead.
12

Update Opportunity by ID

Action

In Zapier“Updates an Opportunity based off of Opportunity ID.”

Edits one specific opportunity, the one whose Copper ID you hand it.

When to use it
after Search for a Opportunity, or in a Zap started by a Copper deal trigger that already carries the ID.
Watch out
the ID is required and a name will not do; without an earlier step that provides it, this action has nothing to work with.
13

Update Opportunity

Action

In Zapier“Updates an Opportunity based off of a match criteria.”

Updates a deal found through a matching rule rather than through its ID.

When to use it
when your source knows the deal's name but not its Copper ID, such as a quote tool.
Watch out
it requires the name and the ID of the primary contact, a Copper person, so add Create/Update Person before it.
14

Create/Update Opportunity

Action

In Zapier“Creates or Updates an Opportunity based off of a match criteria.”

Updates the deal when a match exists in Copper, otherwise creates it, all in one step.

When to use it
quotes or orders that can arrive more than once for the same deal.
Watch out
like the update, it needs the name and the primary contact's person ID, which a Create/Update Person step can supply.
15

Create Opportunity

Action

In Zapier“Creates a new Opportunity.”

Opens a new deal in your Copper pipeline from data that arrives in another app.

When to use it
a demo request or a signed quote that should become a deal without a rep retyping it.
Watch out
the primary contact is required and accepts a person ID or email, but that person must already exist in Copper.
16

Create Project

Action

In Zapier“Creates a new Project.”

Starts a new project record in Copper, ready to follow the work after a sale.

When to use it
when a deal is won, so delivery has its own record from day one.
Watch out
only the name is required, but the project is not attached to the deal on its own; Associate to Project does that next.
17

Update Project

Action

In Zapier“Updates a Project depending on the match criteria.”

Changes a project already in Copper, picked out by the matching rule you define.

When to use it
reflecting progress tracked in your project tool back in the CRM, where sales can see it.
Watch out
the name is required, and with Updated Project as the trigger on the same records you risk a loop.
18

Create/Update Project

Action

In Zapier“Creates or Updates a Project depending on the match criteria.”

Keeps one Copper project per job: it updates a matching project or creates it when none matches.

When to use it
syncing projects from another tool where you cannot tell whether Copper has them yet.
Watch out
the name is required, and the matching rule decides which project gets updated, so test it on a real case.
19

Create Task

Action

In Zapier“Creates a new Task.”

Puts a new to-do in Copper for your team, filled from whatever started the Zap.

When to use it
a follow-up task for every new lead, as in the Zap drawn at the top of this page.
Watch out
the name is required; make it specific, built from the lead or deal name, or the task list fills with identical lines.
Searches

The 6 Copper searches on Zapier

6 search steps look for data that already exists in Copper, so a later step can use it.

A search step finds a Copper record that already exists and hands its details, above all its ID, to the next steps. In the editor, the searches sit at the bottom of the action list, under the SEARCH heading. Every Copper search asks how to match, through a required Match by Type field. Three settings decide what happens next.

1

Search for an Activity

SearchFind or create

In Zapier“Searches for an existing activity in Copper.”

Looks up an activity already logged in Copper so a later step can reuse its details.

When to use it
checking whether a meeting was already recorded before logging it again.
Watch out
the editor also lists Search for an Activity (or create); it is this same search with the create box ticked, not an extra operation.
2

Search for a Company

SearchFind or create

In Zapier“Searches for an existing company in Copper.”

Finds an existing company in Copper and returns it, including the ID other actions need.

When to use it
before Create Activity or Associate to Project, when the record is a company.
Watch out
Search for a Company (or create) is the same step with creation switched on, so it never counts as a separate action.
3

Search for a Person

SearchFind or create

In Zapier“Searches for an existing person in Copper.”

Retrieves a person from Copper, so you get their ID without asking anyone to copy it.

When to use it
in front of Create Opportunity or the deal updates, which want a primary contact.
Watch out
the Search for a Person (or create) line in the menu is this search with the create box ticked; it adds the person when the lookup comes back empty.
4

Search for a Opportunity

SearchFind or create

In Zapier“Searches for an existing opportunity in Copper.”

Spots a deal that already sits in your Copper pipeline and passes its ID along. The odd grammar of the name is Zapier's own.

When to use it
just before Update Opportunity by ID.
Watch out
Search for a Opportunity (or create) is not a second operation, only this search set to create the deal when none matches.
5

Search for a Lead

SearchFind or create

In Zapier“Searches for an existing lead in Copper.”

Checks Copper for a lead that already exists, by the match type you pick.

When to use it
avoiding a second lead when the same prospect fills in another form.
Watch out
the menu entry Search for a Lead (or create) is this step with creation turned on; use it rather than chaining a search and Create Lead.
6

Search for a Project

SearchFind or create

In Zapier“Searches for an existing project in Copper.”

Locates a project in Copper and hands its ID to the next step.

When to use it
before Associate to Project, when the project was created earlier by someone else.
Watch out
Search for a Project (or create) is the same search with its create box ticked, which saves you a separate Create Project step.

The three settings every search exposes

  1. Successful if no search results are found?
Left on its default, a search that finds nothing stops the Zap there and skips the steps that relied on it. Turn it on and the Zap carries on empty-handed.
  2. Create X if it doesn't exist yet?
Ticking this box turns the search into a find-or-create. The setting above disappears, and the step asks for the fields needed to create the missing record.
  3. If multiple search results are found?
Three ways out when several records match: keep the first one, which is the default, stop the Zap, or pass all of them on.
When it breaks

When a Copper Zap breaks

Zapier attaches no help article to Copper, so the failures below are the general ones, as they show up on a CRM.

On Copper, most broken Zaps come from records that point at each other: a missing person, a loop between two syncs, a backlog nobody imported. The Zapier troubleshooting guide covers the general method; these are the cases that hit this app.

  • Old records never arrive

A Zap only reacts to what happens after it is published. Leads, people and deals already in Copper are never sent; moving that backlog is a separate import.
  • Two syncs feed each other

A Zap that writes into the very records its trigger watches, such as Update Lead under Updated Lead, restarts itself again and again and burns through your tasks.
  • A bulk import floods the Zap

Importing a large list into Copper fires the triggers in one burst. Zapier's flood protection can hold that batch back.
  • A search finds nothing

By default, a Copper search with no match stops the Zap and skips the steps that needed its ID. Switch on the empty setting or the create option if that is normal.

FAQ

Copper Zapier integration: questions people ask

01Is the Copper Zapier integration free?
Yes, within the limits of the free plan. Copper is not a premium app on Zapier, so a two-step Zap with one Copper trigger and one action runs for free, with 100 tasks a month. The catch is the two-step limit: a search, a filter or a second action makes the Zap multi-step, and that needs a paid plan. Many Copper actions want an ID that only a search can provide, so CRM Zaps often outgrow the free plan quickly.
02How many tasks does a Copper Zap use?
One task per Copper action that succeeds. The trigger never costs anything, so a Zap that creates one task for each new lead uses one task per lead. A Zap that updates a person and then creates a deal uses two tasks per run, because each successful action is counted separately. A step that fails is not billed. Watch the busy triggers, such as Updated Person, which fire on every edit and can drain a monthly count fast.
03Does Copper on Zapier work in real time?
Yes. All 17 Copper triggers are instant: Copper tells Zapier itself the moment a record is created or changed, and the Zap starts right away. The plan's polling interval, 15 minutes on Free, does not apply to them. You will see the lightning bolt on these triggers in the editor. The only delay left is the time the actions take to run, plus the trigger of another app if your Zap starts outside Copper and then writes into it.
04What does it take to connect Copper to Zapier?
A Copper account and a Zapier account. Add the connection once from the Apps page with + Add connection, search for Copper, sign in on the tab that opens and grant access. Every Copper step in every Zap then reuses that connection. Your Copper account also needs read or write access to the records you did not create yourself and want the Zap to touch, otherwise the Zap cannot touch those records.
05Why does Create Opportunity fail on the primary contact?
Because the primary contact must already exist in Copper. Create Opportunity takes that person's ID or email, while Update Opportunity and Create/Update Opportunity want the ID. If the person is not in Copper yet, the step has nobody to attach the deal to. The fix is to put Create/Update Person before the deal step: it creates or finds the contact and returns the ID you then map into the primary contact field.
06What if the Copper action you need is not on Zapier?
Start by checking the searches, since a search with the create option often covers what looks missing. If the need is really absent, such as deleting a record, there is no Copper action for it on Zapier, and a workaround is to tag or update the record instead and let a person finish the job. When the gap is central to your process, look at the same app on another automation platform before building around it.
07Zapier, Make or n8n for Copper?
Choose by criteria rather than by name. On Zapier, Copper brings 17 instant triggers and 42 operations, plus 19 actions and 6 searches. Weigh how you pay: Zapier bills one task per successful action, which adds up on updates, while the triggers themselves cost nothing. If you already run another platform, check the Copper operations it exposes against the ones listed on this page before you move anything. Then look at who will maintain the flows, where they must be hosted, and which of your other apps each platform covers.
